What are your shipping costs?

We provide Free Economy shipping on all orders except T-shirts, Polos, Wallets and Lingerie/Undergarments. We also provide Free returns within 14days of receiving the delivery.

What is the delivery lead time?

The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

Which countries to you deliver to?

We deliver to 63 countries worldwide using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.

Where are your warehouses located?

We proudly operate multiple warehouses around the globe, including locations in Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm), Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena, Como, Rome), Spain (Alicante), Germany (Salzburg), and the USA (Florida and Minnesota).

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. In case an order is not picked up, the item is returned to us and we deduct 45€ from the refund.

 
What happens when a parcel gets stopped at customs?

We provide all the necessary documentation for customs, however, customs fees, if there are any, should be paid by the final customer receiving the goods.

 
I haven't received my order, what should I do?

First, you should contact your neighbours as sometimes a package is received by a neighbour when the recipient is not at home. In case they haven’t received the parcel, please, contact our support team at hello@alldaypretty.com, and we’ll contact the courier to investigate the case further.
