Shipping Information
All orders are safely delivered by a secure, valid tracking system.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options (Standard/Economy/Express).
Shipments vary widely from country to country. Shipping costs are non refundable.
(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within each country.

In some countries, personally identifiable information of the importer is required. (This is subject to change.)
Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, Passport no.)
Chile: VAT/Tax ID
India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voting ID / Driver's License / PAN (Permanent
Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA)
Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
Turkey: For goods or prices of 22 euros or more, the details are mandatory for
this consignee type. (VAT/Tax ID item) / Individual-TR ID Number

All Day Pretty don't have any trouble shipping worldwide. Don't worry about it. But, it may be delayed several days in some countries.
*Cosmetic products can only be shipped to Spain using the standard shipping method. Additionally, standard shipping is only available to mainland Spain, excluding the following postal code areas: [35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx]. Cosmetic products cannot be shipped to Spain via economy or express shipping.

Therefore, when you place a new order, please check your shipping area and postcode.
If your Postcode is like that, you can select standard & economy shipping speed. But, if not, you should select "express" only.
*US-Economy/Express : Available only in this area-Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS
We can only ship packages to this area with Economy/Express shipping service.
It's not available to ship with Standard shipping service.
Also, you should pay the extra shipping charges manually. Please contact us before checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.
All Day Pretty provides you with protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to your shipments from external causes during transportation.
Shipment Insurance provides the assurance and peace of mind that your purchases are protected in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Import Taxes and Duties
All Day Pretty ships all orders direct from South Korea under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means customs fees are not included, and therefore, duty, tax, and other official fees may be applied in addition to your order total by your local authorities. The courier will contact you upon shipment arrival in your country to inform you of the amount and method of payment.
All Day Pretty is not responsible for these charges and recommends you contact your local customs authorities. We are unable to provide a refund if delivery cannot be completed due to unpaid customs charges.
Customs Clearance Formalities
Our assigned courier will complete customs clearance on your behalf and arrange delivery to your provided address.
In some countries, there may be a legal requirement for the receiver to provide input during the customs clearance process. Examples include:
- National ID
- Tax ID
- Passport
- Proof of payment
- Medical approval/prescription
- Government/import approval
- Company registration/license
If necessary, the courier will contact you upon shipment arrival to inform you how
to share the required information. All Day Pretty cannot override these local regulations, and we are unable to provide a refund if delivery cannot be completed due to these requirements.
Order Management
Order Cancellation
Due to our commitment to quick international delivery, you may cancel an order within one working day. However, once you receive your order confirmation email, we cannot accept cancellations.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number in your dispatch notification email.
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, we will split the deliveries in order to serve you with faster deliveries.
You'll receive an email with the courier's name and tracking number (AWB) once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Use this to track your delivery online and coordinate directly with the courier for any local delivery requirements. You can also contact us via “Contact us” form or email for assistance.
Prohibited Items
After you place an order, we review it for any items prohibited in your location. If found, we will cancel these specific items to comply with regulations, and you will receive a full refund for any removed items. This is only done when necessary.

Faster delivery options (Standard and Express) are generally available at checkout, depending on your location.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are indicated at checkout for your specific location. Please note that customs and duties are levied by the country of destination and are the customer's responsibility upon receiving the delivery. We have no control over these charges.
If an item requires special shipping and handling due to its size or weight, we will review your order and inform you of any additional amount. You can then choose to accept these costs and proceed or cancel the item for a full refund.
