Do you provide refund?
Yes, we offer refund once the returned items are received back to the facility. (Refer to 14-day return policy — counting from the day the parcel was received).
A refund might take 15-30 days depending on when the returned item has reached our facility. Once returned items are inspected and found to be in original form, a refund is initiated. The refunded amount will be reverted back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Once refund payment is initiated it might take 2-5 days to show in your account/bank.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of order receipt in unused, unaltered condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Shoes must be brand-new and undamaged; swimwear must include the original hygiene liner. Underwear and earrings cannot be returned. Return ribbons, where included, must be intact. Original order confirmation is required with all returns.
- Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order and make sure to follow above shipping method with an active tracking number.
- If you decide to arrange the courier partner at your own end, please use UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.
Will I be charged re-stocking fee on my return?
No, we don't charge a re-stocking fee.
What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.
How to make an exchange for another item?
- Place an order for a new item/size.
- Pay for the new order.
- Request a return for the previous order.
- Follow the instructions to return a product.
Once item is received at our facility, we will refund the item's price to the original payment method.
