Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on beauty and grooming items, including skincare, fragrance, makeup, and haircare, unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

Exceptions to our return or exchange policy include:

  • Opened beauty products or health and beauty supplements.
  • Promotional items.
  • Clearance & Sale items.
  • Free gifts.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns if you suspect an item has caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition.

Please note that coupon discounts, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

In line with global retail industry standards, returns or exchanges for skincare, makeup, and cosmetics are only accepted if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you need to return a faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or exchange, you must initiate the return within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, pristine condition, unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt, a valid ID,
and photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim quickly.

We encourage you to use registered mail for returns to prevent lost packages.

A service charge of USD 10.00 per return, plus international return shipping charges, will apply. Returns will be processed once these charges are paid.

While we strive to assist with all return requests, All Day Pretty's decision on
return requests will be final
in cases of frequent returns or suspected policy abuse.

Refunds
for returned items will be initiated once the items are received and approved
at our warehouse.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged Items

Any damage must be reported to All Day Pretty within 5 days of delivery.
Minor imperfections or cosmetic damage to the external packaging alone are not considered item damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items - Returns

If your items are damaged or incorrectly delivered, we'll arrange a pickup to collect the package. We'll notify you via email with the pickup date and
time
. Please ensure you're available at the scheduled time to hand over the
items to the courier.

For a successful pickup, all items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging (including the original box)
  • Accompanied by the invoice and return labels
  • Secured with appropriate outer packaging

Please note that we are not responsible if you fail to hand over the package to
the collection service at the agreed-upon time.

Refunds

How are refunds handled?

Refund Process Refunds are processed only after returned item(s)
have been approved. Upon approval, we will issue a refund for the full face
value of undamaged returned items, excluding original delivery charges and
customs or duties (where applicable).

Refunds
are processed via your original payment method. Delivery costs (if any) are not included in the refund.

Depending
on your bank or payment processor, a refund may take up to 15 business days or longer to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience as we process all returns as quickly as possible.

Can I get a refund if it's been more than 5 days for the damaged or
incorrect item?
Unfortunately, our policy only allows returns for eligible items within
5 days of receipt.

Return Processing Time

For returns sent via courier, items typically take 10 to 15 business days to reach our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

Due to our commitment to quick international delivery, you may cancel an order within one working day. However, once you receive your order confirmation email, we cannot accept cancellations.

Prohibited Items

After you place an order, we review it for any items prohibited in your location. Iffound, we will cancel these specific items to comply with regulations, and you will receive a full refund for any removed items. This is only done when necessary.
