We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our alldaypretty  (Integrow FZE) shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

Return Process- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@alldaypretty.com within 14 days of the purchase date to request a return.

  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  4. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

  5. Drop off the package at the carrier's nearest location or send us an email to arrange for a pickup.

Refund Process -Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the original item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items- We do not accept returns on Earrings and Underwear/Lingerie due to standard hygiene practices.

Restocking Fee- No we do not charge any restocking fees.
