What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Important for US customers: No customs or import duties apply on orders shipped to the United States.

What is the delivery lead time?

The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24 hours to dispatch the package.

Which countries to you deliver to?

We currently ship to: United States, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. 

Below is the list of countries we ship to:

US, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from Europe.

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. All Day Pretty provides a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.

What happens when a parcel gets stopped at customs?

We provide all the necessary documentation for customs, however, customs fees, if there are any, should be paid by the final customer receiving the goods.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

First, you should contact your neighbours as sometimes a package is received by a neighbour when the recipient is not at home. In case they haven’t received the parcel, please, contact our support team at hello@alldaypretty.com, and we’ll contact the courier to investigate the case further.
