Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. 

Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, simply submit a return request to our email hello@alldaypretty.com from your account, mentioning the reason for the return.

 

We will arrange the Shipping label and schedule pick up service partner. This shipping label should be attached to the return bag. 

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep these guidelines in mind:

 

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of order receipt in unused, unaltered condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Shoes must be brand-new and undamaged; swimwear must include the original hygiene liner. Underwear and earrings cannot be returned. Return ribbons, where included, must be intact. Original order confirmation is required with all returns.

·        Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order and make sure to follow above shipping method with an active tracking number.

·       If you decide to arrange the courier partner at your own end, please use UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.
