In order to serve all customers with best quality products in new condition we are unable to acceptย returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up, cosmetics and gadgets unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Decide if you want to return the defective item. Refunds for full or partial returns will match the purchase value.
Delivery charges can only be refunded when the whole order is returned, and are not redeemable on partial order returns
To return your items, follow these steps:
- Repackage your products in original packaging (outer & inner) with barcode stickers and invoice copy
- Email us with your intent to return your purchase at hello@alldaypretty.com
- We'll Email you back with a return label
- Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase
- Drop us an email to arrange a return pickupย
Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
